Ancestor Visualization

Plato and Socrates tell us that we don’t actually learn anything; we simply remember it. This is called anamnesis. But where did this inner knowledge originate? One idea is that, just as our physical characteristics are inherited through our genes, we inherit our wisdom through our ancestors. Many traditional cultures call on their ancestors when they are facing life’s dilemmas for direction. The following are two videos. One goes deeper into this subject and the other is a visualization exercise to invoke your ancestors and hopefully access this eternal wisdom to help you with any life challenge.
